RETURNS

We stand behind every product we sell and offer a 14 day return policy. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 14 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price). Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) nonreturnable

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please message us at info@chandelamps.com with your order ID (#000000) and we will provide you with return instructions immediately.
Please note, product must be in its original sealed packaging and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

CANCEL MY ORDER

If you have a change of heart, simply send a message to info@chandelamps.com within 48 hours. We will cancel your order and refund you completely.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 14 days, simply email info@chandelamps.com  and we will start your return process. RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason and would like an exchange, the easiest way to achieve this would be to ask for a refund at info@chandelamps.com  and create a new order with your preferred product. Please keep in mind you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
 

REFUNDS

Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return, which can take up to 7 Business days. Return shipping charges and re-stocking fees are not refundable. Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.

In cases of returns for repair: If merchandise cannot be repaired, credit will be issued at the invoiced value, less the value of any missing parts.

DAMAGED ITEMS / FREIGHT CLAIMS

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you must refuse acceptance or file a claim with the carrier for compensation.

We assure that products are in good condition prior to packing and shipping. We are not responsible for shipments after they leave our warehouse. The carrier signs for acceptance at that time.

If you have any issues, contact info@chandelamps.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will help you with the process.

WARRANTY / FAULTY ITEMS

Chandelamps offers a one-year limited warranty for our lighting products from the date of invoice to the original purchaser.
Chandelamps will, at our sole option, repair or replace, FOB shipping point, freight prepaid within the Continental U.S., any of our products defective in workmanship or materials. Such repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy against Chandelamps. Some of our products are hand and artisan made which make them unique. Such craftsmanship should not be considered as defects which may include: slight variations in the color from photographs in our catalogs, website or media.

 

WRONG PRODUCT 

If you have received a wrong product, meaning a different product than the one you have ordered, you are eligible for a full refund including shipping charges. Send us a mail explaining your situation with photos and proof of purchase at info@chandelamps.com and return instructions will be sent to you. Once we have received and examined the wrong product, the correct product will be sent to you with no additional charges.
