Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and the credit card charge was processed for the purchase.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (stock status specified on the product page), we will submit the order for shipment as soon as we receive payment confirmation.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will usually ship within the time frame specified on the product page plus processing time. Processing your order can take anywhere from 24-72 hours.

Handling Time: 24 - 72 hours
Shipping Time: 3 - 10 days (specified on the product page)

How is my product shipped ?

Depending on the item, your order will be:

  • Sent via UPS or FedEx.
  • Sent via trusted carriers that specialize in handling large items.

Shipping Price ?

In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we provide free shipping on all our products for delivery within the Continental US. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay. This does not include taxes.

Tracking ?

We’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your items leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you have not received tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@chandelamps.com.

Product not delivered ?

If the tracking number shows a successful delivery, please call your local post office.
If the tracking number shows a failed delivery, please contact your local post office.
If they aren't able to help you, kindly contact us info@chandelamps.com as soon as possible and we'll sort it out for you.

Wrong address ?

Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we are not able to change shipping addresses. If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer is unable to accept the item for any reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have a change of heart, simply send a message to info@chandelamps.com within 48 hours. We will cancel your order and refund you completely.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
