All of our products are shipped within the Continental U.S. only.

We offer FREE shipping on all our products !

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will usually ship within the time frame specified on the product page plus processing time. Processing your order can take anywhere from 24-72 hours.

Chandelamps products are shipped through FedEx & UPS in most cases or by Truck on a pallet depending on the size of the order.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@chandelamps.com

To return an item, please contact us at info@chandelamps.com and we will provide you with return instructions if your item is eligible for return.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and restocking fees. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

You can return your item for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you must refuse acceptance or file a claim with the carrier for compensation.

We assure that products are in good condition prior to packing and shipping. We are not responsible for
shipments after they leave our warehouse. The carrier signs for acceptance at that time.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours for free.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

To cancel your order, simply contact info@chandelamps.com and state you would like to cancel your order. Your order will be immediately canceled, no questions asked.
